• We provide you with new uniforms when you start and take care of all cleaning, repairs, size changes, color changes, replacements, and delivery. All of these services are included in the weekly uniform rental charge. There are no hidden costs to you.
  
• When you decide to begin your uniform rental program with us, your salesperson will measure each of your employees to ensure the garments fit each person well.
  
• Your Customer Service Representatives (CSR) will deliver the clean uniforms and pick up the dirty ones on the same day each week.
  
• We deliver your clean uniforms folded and shrink wrapped in order to save you space. Folded garments take up about 40% less space than garments on hangers.

• Your Account Representatives (AR) will let you know about new products and will visit you periodically to ensure your satisfaction.
  
• We will also have an internal customer service specialist to ensure that you receive the highest level of service possible.
  
• Anytime a new employee begins you can call us or tell your CSR when he makes his weekly delivery, and we will provide them with new uniforms.
  
• Your CSR will also deliver clean mats each week and take the dirty ones to be cleaned as a part of the mat rental program.
  
• We service all of west Michigan including: Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Holland, Muskegon, Grand Haven, and South Haven.
  
• We guarantee that you will be satisfied because Our Service is Our ONLY Contract.
